Amelia Fink has over 15 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, including program design, development, and management, as well as fundraising and donor engagement, with a particular expertise in endowments and legacy giving.
Most recently, she was the director of nonprofit funds and endowments at Rose Community Foundation, where she led the Foundation’s work supporting nearly 100 organizations in the establishment and growth of their endowment funds. Amelia’s role included designing and leading the Foundation’s Endowment Building Pathways, which provide trainings, coaching, and incentive grants to help organizations launch and grow endowments to sustain their missions for future generations. She programmed and led trainings and workshops and provided individual coaching to organizations on topics related to legacy giving, non-cash gifts, endowment building, gift acceptance policies, marketing and stewardship of donors, and board engagement.
Amelia was born and raised in Denver, where she currently lives with her husband, two kids, and scruffy dog. She loves cooking, baking, gardening, skiing, exploring art museums, word games, and reading. She has a Bachelor of Arts in History and Art History from Emory University and a Masters of Arts in Art History from New York University’s Institute of Fine Arts.
